Sale and License Terms

Effective: October 8, 2026

These terms apply to the following when you buy or pay for them online on xtrategika.com:

  • our software and plugins for WordPress (currently, xtAudio);
  • their licenses, updates and support;
  • related services, such as “Done for you”.

Other services you pay us for online (for example, through a Stripe invoice or payment link) are governed by the proposal or contract we agree on for each one. Sections 1, 14 and 16 of these terms apply to them wherever that agreement is silent.

By buying, you accept these terms, the Refund Policy and the site’s Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. If these terms conflict with the Terms and Conditions regarding a purchase, these terms prevail.

1. Who sells to you

Everything bought or paid online on xtrategika.com is sold by Xtrategika, a business name used by Rafael Omar Mojica García, a sole proprietor based in Irving, Texas, United States (“Xtrategika,” “we,” “us”). This includes the store and Stripe invoices or payment links, and it applies even if you live in the Dominican Republic or any other country.

XTRATEGIKA 360 SRL (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) is a related but separate company. It only provides the services that clients in the Dominican Republic contract directly with it and that it invoices itself, outside of this site’s online payments. Those services are governed by their own contract, not by these terms.

2. What you buy

  • The software is free software. Our plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2 or later). These terms don’t limit the rights the GPL gives you over the code: to use, study, modify and redistribute it under that license.
  • What you pay for is:
    • a license key that activates the software on the number of sites in your purchase;
    • automatic updates and downloads from our server;
    • support.
  • The license key and access to our update server, the downloads in My Account and support are a service for the buyer and the sites the buyer manages. They may not be resold, shared or transferred without our permission. The code you download, including every update, remains under the GPL, and you may redistribute it under that license.
  • The GPL gives you no rights to our names and logos, such as Xtrategika or xtAudio. If you distribute a modified version, don’t present it as ours.

3. Products and prices

Our current product is xtAudio, a WordPress plugin that narrates a site’s articles with artificial intelligence voices. What each product includes and its price are shown on the sales page (https://xtrategika.com/xtaudio/) and at checkout.

Founder licenses:

  • 1 site: USD 149.
  • 5 sites: USD 249.
  • “Done for you”: USD 297. It includes a 1-site founder license, installation and setup with you on a video call, and the conversion of your 50 most recent articles (section 7).
  • The 1-site and 5-site founder licenses also include a free 20-minute kickoff call (section 6).

After the founder offer closes:

  • 1 site: USD 199.
  • 5 sites: USD 299.
  • “Done for you”: USD 397.
  • They include the same as the founder versions, except the free 20-minute kickoff call.

Every license includes:

  • a one-time payment to Xtrategika, with no subscription or recurring charges from us. Any AI usage cost is billed directly by your provider (section 10);
  • lifetime updates, meaning for as long as we develop and distribute the product (section 8);
  • 1 year of email support from the date of purchase.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Where the law requires it, taxes such as sales tax or VAT are added, and the final total is shown before you pay. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international-purchase fees, which we don’t control.

We may change prices and products for future purchases. A change never affects what you have already paid for.

4. Requirements

  • WordPress 6.0 or later and PHP 8.1 or later.
  • Your own Google (Gemini) or OpenAI account, with its API key (section 10).
  • Hosting that allows outgoing connections (HTTPS) to your AI provider and to xtrategika.com. Almost all hosts do.
  • WP-Cron working (or a server cron). Automatic generation on publish and the daily license check need it.
  • Optional: ffmpeg on the server, to save Google Gemini audio as MP3. Without ffmpeg, audio is saved as WAV, which takes more space.

Please check these requirements before you buy. Of these, only the WordPress and PHP requirements exclude a refund when they aren’t met (section 12).

5. Licenses and sites

  • What a site is: a domain without “www.” (example.com and www.example.com are the same site), or a domain plus a folder when your Site Address (Settings → General) includes one (example.com/blog). Each subdomain, such as shop.example.com, is a separate site. On a multisite network, each site in the network is also a separate site.
  • Test sites don’t use any of your sites. Test sites are:
    • localhost, names without a dot and private IP addresses;
    • domains ending in .local, .test, .localhost, .invalid, .example or .internal;
    • domains starting with staging., stage., dev., test., testing. or local.;
    • preview or staging domains of these hosts and tools: WP Engine, Kinsta, Flywheel, Pantheon, Cloudways, WordPress.com, GoDaddy, InstaWP, TasteWP, Lando and DDEV.

If your host uses a different test domain and activating it uses one of your sites, write to us and we’ll review it.

Use test sites only for development and testing. Don’t use them as a public site, or to generate the audio of a real site that doesn’t have its own active license (for example, generating it on a staging copy and pushing it to an unlicensed live site).

  • How many sites: you can activate the license on as many real sites as your purchase includes (1 or 5). They can be your own sites or client sites you manage.
  • Changing sites: you can free a real site and use the license on another one. To free it, choose one option:
    • go to My Account → Licenses and click “Free site”;
    • click “Deactivate on this site” in xtAudio → Settings → License (deactivating the plugin on the Plugins screen doesn’t free the site);
    • delete the plugin from the WordPress Plugins screen.

If you delete the plugin by FTP or from your hosting panel, or if your site can’t reach our server, the site isn’t freed: do it from My Account. Once a site is freed, xtAudio stops generating new audio on it.

Each time you free a real site counts as one change, even if you don’t activate another one. You can make up to 3 changes in any 365-day period, or as many as your license has sites, if that is more (for example, 5 with the 5-site license). These don’t count as a change:

- freeing a site and reactivating that same site before you free another one;
- freeing a test site.

Once you’ve used your changes, you can’t free more real sites until the oldest change is 365 days old. If you need more changes, write to us and we’ll review it.

  • Copied or moved sites: if you copy or move your site to another domain, the new domain needs its own activation.

6. Founder offer

  • The offer starts when the store opens and ends at whichever comes first:
    • 100 founder licenses are sold, counting the three founder products together;
    • the closing date shown on the sales page arrives, at 11:59 p.m. US Central Time, 30 days after the store opens.
  • Refunded or revoked founder licenses don’t count toward the 100 while the offer is open. Licenses we issue by hand, for testing or our own use, don’t count either.
  • Once closed, the offer doesn’t reopen and founder products can no longer be bought.
  • Every paid order gets its license. If you started paying before the close and the payment is confirmed after it, you still get your founder license. So when the last spots sell, a few founder licenses beyond the 100 may be issued.
  • The prices after the close (section 3) apply from that moment on.
  • Free kickoff call:
    • it is a 20-minute video call, one per purchase of a 1-site or 5-site founder license;
    • you book it with the link in your purchase confirmation, subject to availability, during your support year;
    • it has no cash value and isn’t refunded separately;
    • in “Done for you”, the setup video call takes its place.

7. “Done for you”

  • What it includes:
    • a 1-site license (a founder license if you buy during the offer);
    • an installation and setup video call with you, of about 30 minutes;
    • the conversion to audio of your 50 most recent published articles (or all of them, if you have fewer);
    • a check that the player looks right on your site.
  • Scheduling: you book the video call with the link in your purchase confirmation, and it takes place within 60 days of purchase, subject to the spots available each week.
  • What we need from you:
    • administrator access to your WordPress during the service (you can create a temporary user and delete it afterwards);
    • that you create your own Google or OpenAI account and API key during the call, in your name and with your card if the provider asks for one;
    • a full backup of your site before the call (we recommend it).
  • Confidentiality: we use access to your site only to provide the service. We don’t copy or keep your site’s content, your users’ or visitors’ data or your API key, and we don’t use them for anything else. If you need a data processing agreement (for example, under the GDPR), ask us before the call.
  • We don’t install our own API keys or pay for the provider’s usage. If generating the 50 audio files costs anything, your provider charges it to your account. The conversion depends on your provider’s limits (for example, the daily limit of Gemini’s free tier) and may finish in the days after the call.
  • If you don’t book or don’t show up: if the video call hasn’t taken place within 60 days of purchase for one of these reasons, the service expires unused and you keep your license:
    • you didn’t book it;
    • you missed it without giving 24 hours’ notice;
    • you didn’t give us the access we need.

We’ll remind you by email before it expires.

  • If the delay is ours: if we don’t have a spot for you within 60 days of purchase, or we have to move the appointment, you choose between a new date and a refund of the service part. Either way, you keep your license.
  • Parts of the price: for refunds, the price is split into two parts:
    • the license part, which is the price of the 1-site license at the time of your purchase (USD 149 as a founder or USD 199 after the close);
    • the service part, which is the rest (USD 148 or USD 198).

8. Updates and support

  • Lifetime updates:
    • you get every new version of the product you bought, on the sites where your license is active, for as long as we keep developing and distributing that product;
    • “lifetime” refers to the life of the product, not to yours or your site’s;
    • updates arrive on the WordPress Plugins screen and can also be downloaded from My Account;
    • a new version may change features or require newer versions of WordPress or PHP. You can always keep using the version you have installed. My Account always offers the latest version; if you need an earlier one, write to us.
  • If we discontinue a product: we’ll tell you by email at least 60 days in advance. We’ll also publish a final version that works without license verification, so your installed copy keeps generating new audio.
  • Support:
    • it lasts 1 year from the date of purchase, by email at info@xtrategika.com or at https://xtrategika.com/en/xtaudio/support/;
    • we usually reply within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, US Central Time, excluding US federal holidays);
    • it covers installation, setup and software errors;
    • it doesn’t include custom development, problems with your hosting, your theme or other plugins unrelated to ours, or managing your account with the AI provider, although we’ll point you in the right direction.
  • After your support year ends, updates keep coming.

9. Delivery and account

  • You need an account on xtrategika.com to buy. It is created at checkout, and we email you a link to set your password.
  • Delivery is instant once the payment is confirmed:
    • the order confirmation page shows your key and the download button, when you’re logged in to the account you bought with;
    • the confirmation email includes your key and the link to My Account to download;
    • My Account → Licenses always has your key, the download, your sites and the date your support ends.

If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder and write to us.

  • Keep your account access and your key safe: you are responsible for what is done with them. If you think someone else is using them, write to us: we can free sites or issue you a new key.
  • You must be at least 18. If you buy on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
  • You may not buy or use our products in these cases:
    • you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. embargoes or sanctions (as determined by the U.S. Treasury’s OFAC);
    • you are on a U.S. government restricted-party list.

We may cancel an order that doesn’t meet this condition. Any refund will be made only if the law allows it.

10. AI providers and their costs

  • The software generates audio with your own Google (Gemini) or OpenAI account and your own API key. You contract with that provider, accept its terms and pay it directly at its rates.
  • Xtrategika never installs its own API keys on your site and doesn’t resell AI usage.
  • The text of your articles goes directly from your site to your provider and doesn’t pass through our servers. What the provider does with it is governed by its policies. On Google Gemini’s free tier, Google may use the content you send to improve its products. Under Google’s terms, this doesn’t apply if you are in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK.
  • Changes made by providers (prices, models, voices, availability, free-tier limits or their terms) are outside our control. We’ll make reasonable efforts to adapt the software, but we don’t guarantee that a provider, model or voice will remain available, or what it will cost. The plugin’s cost estimates are approximate: what you are actually charged is up to your provider.

11. Acceptable use

  • You are responsible for the content you turn into audio. You must have the right to use and publish it, and you must comply with applicable laws and your AI provider’s policies. That includes any obligation to tell your listeners that the voice is AI-generated.
  • Don’t share your key publicly, don’t resell it, and don’t use it on more real sites than you bought.
  • Don’t use test sites to generate audio for unlicensed real sites.
  • Don’t try to deceive, overload or attack our license or update server, or to obtain updates, downloads or support for unlicensed sites. The GPL lets you modify the code, but it doesn’t give you the right to use our services outside these terms.
  • Don’t use our products for illegal activities, fraud, impersonating others or publishing content that infringes other people’s rights.

12. Refunds (summary)

  • 30-day it-works guarantee: if the software doesn’t work on your site and we can’t fix it, we refund 100% of what you paid. You can request it within 30 days of purchase.
  • If you haven’t activated the license: if your license hasn’t been activated on any site, not even a test site, we refund 100% and you don’t have to give us a reason. You can request it within 30 days of purchase. We check this in the records of our license server, which keeps every activation.
  • To request a refund, write to info@xtrategika.com within those 30 days with your order number. If it’s under the guarantee, also include your site’s address and a description of the problem. We have 7 business days to fix it, counted from when we receive your message with those details.
  • These are not reasons for a refund:
    • changing your mind after activating the license on any site, including a test site (for “Done for you”, see the rule for before the video call);
    • not wanting to create or use an account with an AI provider;
    • the provider’s charges, limits, changes or availability;
    • your site not meeting the WordPress and PHP requirements in section 4.
  • “Done for you”:
    • Before the video call: if the license hasn’t been activated on any site, not even a test site, the refund is full. You can request it within 30 days of purchase or, if the first date we offered you for the call was more than 30 days after purchase, at any time before the call. If you have already activated the license, we refund the service part (section 7) as long as the call hasn’t taken place and the service hasn’t expired; the license part follows the general rule.
    • After the video call: the part of the service already delivered isn’t refunded, and the license part (section 7) follows the general rule. If the software doesn’t work on your site, we can’t fix it and because of that we couldn’t convert your articles, we refund 100%.
    • If the delay in scheduling is ours, section 7 applies.
  • A refund of a license revokes it, whether it is a refund of the whole order, of its order line or of the license part of “Done for you”. A refund of only the service part of “Done for you” doesn’t.
  • If the law of the country where you live gives you, as a consumer, rights that can’t be waived, those rights apply in addition to this guarantee.
  • The details are in the Refund Policy. If this summary and the Refund Policy differ, the Refund Policy prevails.

13. Revocation and termination

  • Automatic revocation: the license is revoked automatically when:
    • the whole order or that license’s order line is refunded;
    • the order is cancelled, or the payment is reversed or fails after the license was issued (for example, because of fraud or a bank reversal);
    • a card dispute or chargeback is decided in the cardholder’s favor.
  • Refund of the license part of “Done for you”: we revoke the license when we process the refund.
  • For breach: we may suspend or revoke a license for fraud, for sharing or reselling the key, or for a serious breach of these terms. Except in cases of fraud or obvious abuse, we’ll first tell you by email and give you 10 days to fix it.
  • What happens on revocation:
    • from the next license check (usually once a day), the software stops generating new audio and stops showing the player on your sites;
    • you stop receiving updates, downloads and support;
    • audio files already generated aren’t deleted: they stay on your site;
    • you don’t lose the rights the GPL gives you over the code you already have.
  • If your site can’t reach our license server, because of an outage on our side or because your host blocks the connection, the plugin keeps working with the last known status for up to 30 days from the last successful check. After that, it stops generating new audio until it can verify the license again. Audio already generated keeps playing.
  • You can stop using the software whenever you like. Stopping doesn’t entitle you to a refund outside the Refund Policy.

14. Warranties and liability

  • We test our software carefully and fix the errors we find. Even so, THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE GIVE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We also don’t guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors, or with every theme, plugin or host.
  • If the software doesn’t work, we’ll first try to fix it through support. Within 30 days of purchase, you can also ask for a refund under the Refund Policy. This doesn’t limit what is stated under “What isn’t limited”. The GPL also has its own disclaimer of warranty over the code.
  • Limit of liability: to the extent permitted by law:
    • our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid through the site for the product or service that gave rise to the claim;
    • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as lost profits, data or business, or for your AI provider’s charges.
  • Back up your site. We are not liable for content or audio lost because of your hosting, other plugins or changes to your site.
  • If you delete xtAudio from the Plugins screen:
    • the API keys saved in the plugin are always removed;
    • settings, audio files and their data in your articles are removed only if you enabled “Delete all xtAudio data” in the xtAudio settings;
    • without the plugin active, the player doesn’t appear.
  • What isn’t limited: these terms don’t exclude or limit liability that the law doesn’t allow to be excluded, such as liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or consumers’ mandatory rights. If you live where any of these exclusions isn’t allowed, they apply to the greatest extent the law permits.

15. Countries where we don’t sell

  • For now we don’t sell in the European Union, the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), the United Kingdom, Monaco or the Isle of Man. Checkout doesn’t accept billing addresses in those countries.
  • By buying, you confirm that the billing country you enter is your own.
  • If the law of your country gives you, as a consumer, rights that can’t be waived, those rights apply (section 12).

16. Governing law and disputes

  • These terms and your purchases are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to their conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods doesn’t apply.
  • If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
  • Before any claim, write to info@xtrategika.com: we’ll try to resolve it within 30 days. Before opening a dispute with your bank, contact us: it’s almost always faster.
  • If it isn’t resolved, the competent courts are the state courts of Dallas County, Texas, or, if it has subject-matter jurisdiction, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas (Dallas Division). There are two exceptions:
    • either party may go to a small-claims court;
    • if you are a consumer, you may also sue in the courts of your place of residence when the law of that place allows it.
  • Contracts signed directly with XTRATEGIKA 360 SRL are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic and resolved by the courts of Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, unless the contract says otherwise.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date is shown at the top.

  • Your purchase is governed by the version in effect when you bought.
  • A later change doesn’t reduce what you already bought (sites, lifetime updates and your remaining support) unless you agree to it.
  • If a change benefits you, it also applies to your purchase.

18. Language and other provisions

  • These terms are published in Spanish and English, with equal value. If the versions differ, the version in the language you used to make your purchase prevails.
  • If a court finds a clause invalid, the rest stays in effect.
  • Not exercising a right at a given time doesn’t mean we waive it.
